A clearer PCOS history, one entry at a time.
Luma helps adults record what happened and bring useful context to appointments. Here is what each feature delivers and where its limits are.
Periods & symptoms
Record period dates, flow, pain and the symptoms you choose. Leave untracked ratings blank, and edit your history when needed.
Keep in mind: Cycle windows describe past patterns. Irregular or sparse histories may have no estimate. Luma cannot confirm ovulation or fertility.
Documents & lab records
Read PDFs, photos, Word documents and text files, then review extracted dates, values and units before saving.
Keep in mind: OCR can make mistakes. Files are limited to 10 MB and PDFs to 50 pages. Document comparisons are not a diagnosis or treatment recommendation.
Appointment preparation
Keep notes, medications, supplements, meals and voice recordings alongside your history. Export summaries and records to discuss with your clinician.
Keep in mind: Luma organizes what you enter. It cannot establish what caused a change or replace professional assessment.
Backups & optional sync
Download a complete device backup. Opt in to automatic text-record sync across devices, with retry after offline edits and choices for conflicting changes.
Keep in mind: Sync runs while Luma is open. Cloud copies omit original files, photos and audio. Device storage is not end-to-end encrypted or protected by an app biometric lock.
Reminders
Set daily, weekly or monthly reminders, with quiet hours and private notification text. Updated installed apps can schedule notifications on the device.
Keep in mind: Delivery depends on permissions, Focus and device settings. Browser push also needs internet and a supported browser. Email reminders are not available.
Luma does not diagnose or treat PCOS, provide contraception guidance or replace a clinician. Arabic is available on many core screens; some tools and help remain in English.
